Bio
My name is Craig Rinzema, and it is my pleasure to introduce myself to you. I've lived in West Michigan my entire life, and it was the skyline of Grand Rapids that first inspired me to pursue my interest in Architecture. I've always been inspired by buildings which resulted in me obtaining degrees in Architecture and Facility Management. This interest in buildings lead me to naturally want to photograph them when I picked up a camera. After having fun photographing and selling stock photos of buildings online, I realized that this was something I wanted to do as a career. I have since implemented my technical skills and influence from my Architecture and Facility Management background, to help Realtors sell homes and commercial properties. It is my life's mission to professionalize the visualization of homes and buildings.
Education
2007-2008
Ivy Tech University
2008-2011
Grand Rapids Community College
2011-2013
Ferris State University
Here I studied Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) familiarizing myself with designing and drafting homes and buildings.
Here I studied Architecture Technology in the hopes of transferring to Lawrence Tech University to get my Architectural Degree. Because of the recession, I transferred my focus to Facility Management, which resulted in transferring to Ferris State University. Although I switched my focus to Facility Management, I completed my studies here with an Associate's degree in Architecture Design Technology.
Here I concluded my studies and graduated with a Bachelors in Engineering with a focus on Facility management. I've always been fascinated with the design, construction, and management of buildings. I've now extended that fascination with photographing buildings.
